So, I know of a guy that needs money quickly and he’s wanting to sell an unlisted investment property in Kansas City, Missouri in the Waldo neighborhood.  It’s a corner lot with a converted garage as a home.  The old home has been removed long ago.  $400/mo current rent.  He needs $22,000 to make the deal happen including paying me and the closing costs.
